This year marks the 20th Anniversary of
the Hoosier Beef Congress and we are
inviting you to be a part of it! As you
know, the Hoosier Beef Congress has
evolved over the years to be The Cattle
Event in Indiana. In addition to a
fantastic cattle show and sale, the
Hoosier Beef Congress is known for the
quality of it's tradeshow.
You, along with numerous other
companies, are to be praised for making
this portion of the event such a
success.
I would like to extend a personal
invitation to you and your company to
take part in this anniversary years
tradeshow. At the bottom of this page,
you will find a link to the Tradeshow
Booth Reservation form. Fill out the
form and return to our office by
September 30th.
As in years past, all 2005 Exhibitors
will have first choice to the booth
space they occupied last year, provided
that their reservation form and payment
is received in our office by September
30, 2006. Payment must accompany your
Tradeshow Booth Reservation form. We
accept payment by check, and the
following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard
and American Express.
During the first week of October, I will
assign booth spaces and mail you a
confirmation letter along with
additional information you need to
finalize plans for the 2006 Hoosier Beef
Congress. |
